How soon can you deliver?
Often within 3-5 days of payment. Timing depends on the container, stock availability and delivery location.
If you have an urgent requirement tell us your required date when requesting a quote. We’ll confirm the available options rather than leave you to assume a delivery time.
What should I expect from a used container?
A used container will show signs of previous service and may have dents, surface corrosion or repairs. Appearance varies.
We’ll explain the condition being offered so you can decide whether it suits your intended use. A used container should not be compared with a new one on price alone.
What if I don’t know which size I need?
Tell us what you plan to store and the dimensions of any large items.
We’ll help you consider the space needed for the contents, access to them and the room available on your site.
How do I know whether a container can be delivered to my site?
Tell us about the access route and where you want it positioned. Gates, turns, overhead obstructions and space for unloading all need consideration.
We may ask for photographs or a video to help assess the arrangements. You’ll also need suitable, level ground for the container.
What warranty is included?
New-container purchases include a five-year wind-and-watertight warranty. Used-container purchases include three months’ wind-and-watertight cover.
Warranty terms apply. This cover concerns wind and water entering the container; condensation is a separate consideration.
Can a watertight container still develop condensation?
Yes. Moisture already inside can condense on cold steel even when rain is not entering the container.
